  My son hired DK to install new decking and stair. The job was excellent so we hired Dace to build a pergola over our patio. They did a great job at a reasonable price. They also arranged for installation of an Underdeck Oasis system which basically gives us an outdoor room. Recommended.

  DK Renovations has done 3 separate jobs for us around our home over the past 2 years - a complete remodel of our master bath, new tile flooring and walls in a second bathroom and most recently a new stone backsplash in our kitchen. We would not keep going back to Dace if we weren't completely satisfied with his skills, professionalism and work ethics. He is reliable, reasonable in pricing and very detail-oriented in his work. He listens to his customer on their needs but also offers new options and ideas of his own to help in the completion process. We will continue to hire him for any future projects that may arise. Give his company a try - you won't be disappointed.
